When: See class start schedule / registration day

Time: Begin from 09:00AM to 11:00AM

1. Government Photo ID/Driver License or State ID valid   unexpired 

2. Social Security Card (non laminated) or ITIN individual tax ID number 

3. Tuition downpayment. Visit Payment Plan Tab for more information.

4. NO High School Diploma or GED required

5. Minimum 16 years of age to enroll

What is included in the tuition: (given during registration/orientation)

1. Live Scan Fingerprint (done at school campus)

2. Nursing Assistant Textbook

3. NNAAP/RTC Handbook

4. Two (2)  set of scrubs

5. Nursing lecture online resources & lab supply

6. School Student ID

7. CNA 12 hours CEU (required for CNA Renewal)

**Note: Projected class schedule day & time, registration, orientation, start & end date may change due to holidays, class enrollment policy, instructor, campus and hospital/skilled availability and other related emergency or unusual events beyond EMC and Facility control.  End/completion date will be based on student performance grade and attendance completion. Admission office / Instructor will notify student in advance for any changes of this schedule.
